E9X Blower motor recall: Anyone have luck with a free rental car?

They left a large crease in the rear passenger side fender and a 2 foot long scrape leading into the crease. They didn’t say anything about it when I picked the car up either. I noticed when I stopped to get gas after leaving the dealer...

Got mine done today. Only took about 2.5/3 hours and that's with the airbag recall as well.

Wow feels great to see a big fat $0 on the bottom of one of these for a change.

Even included the complimentary car wash!

No rental needed, was done while I got some lunch.

Looked up my VIN and BMW still doesn't have the parts available to fix my E92. I called them in mid June but told me to look for a mailer in July - still nothing but will call them next week about it.
