Introduction

Hi
Wanted to introduce myself to the E9x community.
Been lurking around for a bit. Not new to BMW - had an E32 way back when. Looking at buying an e90/91 in a few months.

I'm in the Albany area - just curious how many of ya up this way are running rwd vs xdrive for your DD.

Cheers

Snow tires are more important than rwd vs xdrive.

Thanks guys
Overall goal is not getting myself stuck!
Either way, seems dedicated snows are a must

I've got a 335 for sale, and I've run my rwd 335i with snow tires through two winters. Until there's more than 4 inches on the ground, it's the best handling car in the snowI've ever driven. The balance and willingness to change direction are great! Once my bumper is plowing snow..... I stop moving lol. That's just part of rear wheel drive. Its been through multiple up state (Syracuse area) storms, and I've never gotten stuck, or really had my travel hampered at all.
