PDC coding gong not working

Has anyone experienced the gong for the PDC to stop working? We have an 07 Vert and the PDC screen functions as it should and all 4 PDC sensors are functioning, but the reverse gong when putting the car in reverse has stopped & there no audible warnings associated with the PDC sensors. Thought maybe one of the coders on here had an idea where to start?

I have just the opposite my gongs work but no visual pdc.
