HELP, how do these undo?..

Trying to take out the battery tray that the battery actually sits on I've take the 4 hex kind of bolts out the one end but theres 4 circular shaped fixings with I think a nut underneath how on earth do i get those off? I've got the arch liner out but cant see anything underneath to access them!
