I installed the 20w angel eyes on my LCI halogen E90 last weekend. They look great but I have noticed that my o/s outer ring is not as bright as the n/s outer ring. Is this normal?

Yes this sounds normal, due to way the rings are designed and with the bulb being fitted into the centre of the inner rings. If you look at it from a distance (as if to say your an oncoming driver) these should look very different. It all depends on the angle you look at them from too. Also if you have a look through this thread there is a better explanation somewhere of how these work with a diagram showing how the light is reflected through the rings. Thanks |

I must say it is doing my head in just a wee bit as I can't understand why one side would be brighter than the other |

Also, I'm quite interested in the H7 CREE Headlight kit can you tell me what else is required for these to work or is it just plug and play?

Yes they are completely safe, remember LEDs are low power consumption bulbs. Also your cars wiring is designed to handle up to 55W Thanks |

Damn. You really do need small hands to fit these. I just had ten minutes to try and had to give up as the darkness came!
It'll be next weekend before I get another chance now. |

Found a previous post that says that 2 ballasts are extra with the 40w if you get radio interference but these are not normally needed. Assume this is the same for the gold edition too.
