Don't know about factory collision centers but Dick's Autobody in Somerville or Mike's autobody in Malden. Personally, I prefer Mike's, but they both deal with tons of BMWs.

I used Dicks Auto twice on my X5 and both times they did a great job. They have been around for a long time and do all the high-end cars.

Just FYI for OP, the only certified BMW collision repair center within the greater Boston area is the one at Foreign Motors West, which is now part of the Herb Chambers evil empire.
