You will probably be ok with the 328 rears as I think they are still bigger than the 325 ones. Put some good discs and pads on and you should be fine.

I may be wrong. We don't get the 328 over here so it's hard to tell. Research the discs for the 2 n that will tell you I can't remember the 325 disc diameter off the top of my head.

Hey I am 99% sure my pads are wearing normally. I say this because I can see where the outer edge of the disc is not being worn when I was last checking my disc/pad wear. I think.
I am out of town for a few weeks right now, but will check and post up when I get home. |

I have found the issue with the pads, it's not anything to do with the conversion. the pads have been manufactured wrong with the pad being too much to the back of the plate. DC performance who I bought them off of has been very helpful and has sent me out another set.

-aftermarket pad -aftermarket rotor -worn out caliper guide bushing -caliper installed little off It is not something of great concern. Anyhow, if you are bother by it do this. -inspect guide bushings -loosen up the caliper carrier bolts > shift carrier outwards > refasten -file the pads a little |

Glad you got it all sorted! I got home end of last week and haven't had a chance to take a look.

Seeing as both pads are doing the same thing I could tell that it wasn't the calipers. When looking at the pad it instantly looked wrong on how the abrasive part had been positioned. I got on the net and started looking at images of 335 rear pads and noticed the abrasive pad was a couple of mm from the edge of the backing plate where as mine are rite against the edge. I pointed this out to the shop I bough the pads off of and they confirmed my pads were made wrong. I would have left it but when no brake pressure is applied the pad rubs against the edge of the disc creating an annoying squeak noise. |
