Constant misfire and running rough

Im misfiring in cylinder 6 ive replaced the coil pack and sparkplug also ran injector cleaner through it. It was originally just the cylinder 6 misfire code. Now its jerking while accelerating and show the half full engine light and codes p29f1, and p2ded. Does anyone know what might be causing this?

Switch 5 and 6 injector and if the fault moves you know your next move.
