2010 328i code 2570?

Hello,

I had my radiator replaced in my '10 328i with 110,000 miles. All works well except for check engine code 2570. the EAC sensor tab on from front of the radiator had broken off and replaced it with some radiator push through ties? Still getting the code and unable to pass emissions test here in CA. Any suggestions would be great. Thank you!
