I doupt that. I Pmd the op almost 2 weeks ago about the blacklines for my wifes car and never heard anything back.

Seriously the fact this PE hasn't sold has me a bit shocked. They're discontinued and the best exhaust you can by IMO for the N52. OP have you tried posting this in the US used parts section. I remember seeing these things go for much more because of how hard they are to track down.

Dishonest Seller, would not recommend buying anything from him.

Reason:

Purchased the E90 Blackline's from him yesterday.

First, the one lens had a little plastic burn spot on it that was not mentioned in the ad and the other thing was the taillights had a ton of moisture in them. Seller kept saying it was just from the cold in his trunk and that they were fine. If it was a kijiji/facebook deal I would have walked but I trusted him as a fellow forum member and bought the lights.

Got home noticed there was much more moisture than I originally saw, and looked around to see if there was an issue with the seal. Noticed that the top of both outer taillights the seal was done and letting in water. There is no way the seller did not know about this (this would have filled with moisture anytime it was humid or raining).

I messaged him about this and he originally agreed to give the money back and meet up, but then later went back on his word and told me that he held up his end already and could not return the money.

I know it's my job as the buyer to take a closer look and test them before buying, but I guess I expected a higher level of honesty from a local forum member.

Learn to tell the whole story. And also learn to make up your mind when you see a cosmetic issue.

I have sold several parts on this thread. Never received any complaints.

This buyer inspected each one of the four lights himself for several minutes. "Burn mark"???There was a very tiny yellow mark on one light-(1mm?). He said he will try "polishing it out". Not sure why there is a fuss now.

One tail light had a small amount of condensation/waterdrops in it. I told him upfront about it.

No issue with other two lights at all but he looked at them very closely too. I stood on the side without bugging him while he checked each one. He asked me if they are oem. I said they are genuine as written in the ad. He paid me after his inspection.

3 hours later, he texted and said there is too much water. Not sure how but i said its fine, i'll take them back. Then he said that he will put "them by the dryer" and see. Then he said there is an issue with the seal. Then he said he wants to return it. Then he started talking about stains. I guess after this dryer session?

I finally decided not to take them back since I am not sure what he did but only one light had only some water drops/condensation in it. He knew this when we met. He also knew of the one very tiny mark on one of the lights. If he was not satisfied, why did he pay?

He wasn't forced to pay before checking. He is the one who cannot make up his mind. I was not dishonest.

Just wanted to chime in that the seller was good with me. I bought the M Performance intake in October and the seller was honest and timely. Lmk if your ever willing to come down to Kingston as I'm still interested in the exhaust.

I can have someone pick it up in Toronto if it is still for sale, it's not a problem.
