Spot Shot plastic staining.

My nephew has a new Honda Civic and was cleaning his headliner with spot shot ( makeup oops from his wife). He was using the aerosol version of it and got overspray on his hard plastic dashboard. The result is white dots that look like spray paint, ive tried many different products to remove it but nothing is working. Any suggestions?
