Front bumper dropped

I had a little argument with a massive kerb yesterday - oops!
Anyway as a result my front bumper had dropped a little and the lines don't sit right.

Is there an easy way to adjust this or do I have to undo all 5 million screws that hold it on?

Cheers

Here's some pics, don't think they show the shut line gap to be as bad as it is

There are 4 star bolts to the front of the bumper when u open the bonnet. Loosen them and try lifting the bumper then tightening. See if that helps

There's a metal plate that sits on top of the bumper edge where it meets the wing.Could be bent.you would have to remove the bumper to inspect this though.

Looks like I'm gonna have to undo all the bumper anyway, so I'll have a look at this plate.
Cheer guys!
