Hi!

Could anyone please help me with my stereo problems.

I have a 2006 BMW e91 320D and i just brought this aftermarket stereo: http://www.seicane.com/bmw-e91-3-ser...ipod-si-9203-1

The installation was easy, just connected these:


And connected the yellow cable to 12V as the manual says.

Everything works fine, it starts and i can do everything but i got no sound from it!
Ive tried CD, AUX, Radio, not even the common electrical sound you get when you turn the volume up.

Does anyone have any clues what my problem can be?

This cable isnt connected to anything, should it be?

your car has a fiber optic audio system, you can see them in the plug...and note the lack of speaker wires in the stock radio plug.....do some homework on that, start at the sticky on the top of the forums http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=641323

You need to identify your sound system.
If you have Hi Fi it should work .
If you have L7 there is only one Head Unit that will work with the L7
amp and that is the Dynavin N6 with a Logic 7 interface adapter.
And you can only get the adapter with an N6.
The base stereo is also a possibility in Europe in any year.
Sound system has nothing to do with the Head Unit its a
speaker amp package or just a crappy speaker package in the case of the base system.
