Original owner was my mother. I have held on to it with hopes to restore it as a track car as it holds some sentimental value, but I have no time.

Condition is not great. Clear coat is peeling. Interior leather is in fair condition and several misc. items have issues.

It does run, but it has been sitting outside for roughly a year. About 3 months ago I replaced the battery and started it up, but after about 2 minutes of running, the serpentine belt shredded. The car was used as a daily driver before it was parked though, so with some TLC, i'm sure it can be brought back to a useful life. Hopefully it will find a good home where someone can bring it back to its glory days the way I wanted to.

I like to tell myself I'll own an E36 one day, but I have yet to see one that's clean enough. Maybe they're just too old at this point. Regardless, your car looks fixable and it's a steal at that price, so GLWS.
