Overlap between valve cover and intake removal?

I need to take my valve cover off to replace the ESS sensor, and am also going to swap to a 3 stage intake and Euro airbox, but I’m still waiting on a couple parts for the intake. Is it easier to swap the intake manifold with the valve cover off (or vice versa), or can I do the valve cover now and the intake later without duplicating work?

The two jobs are unrelated to each other. Doing one won't impact the other save for the 2 minutes spent removing then engine beauty cover.

Exactly what 6ixspd said. The only over lap would be the microfilter housing, cowl trim, and engine cover.

100% correct.

did both at the same time with my brother. He installed the intake, I did the valve cover, we weren't in each other's spaces.
