12mm or 15mm

I have an 07 e90 sport pack 335, 18x9 in the rear 40 offset with 265/35-18 v12s will i be safer using a 12mm or 15mm spacer, want a little flusher look with out any risk of rubbing

I don't see suspension lowering on yoru mod list. So, I assume you are running the stock sports suspension. If you use 15mm you will effectively have a 25mm offset wheels with 265 tires. You should be fine. I had this same setup and there was plenty of clearance between the tire and the outer fender.

15's, 12's dont have enough structural integrity on the hub ring imo. and on a 9' w/ +40 that should put you setting perfect with that tire size!
