well, there's an option of shipping the car

but i know it's costly and needs a lot of organising

but hey, we have some members from UAE, us from oman and maybe members from KSA and bahrain, that should be enough, we will have variety of cars

kapoo, till now your the only guy with a 335i, if no one else pops up, you WILL BE FORCED TO BRING IT!!!

lol, j/k, you know its not that bad that not all of us will bring thier rides, cause that mean that we will have more than 1 guy in the car, and we wont mind the company

it is a nice idea guys, but i suggest if you do it through BMW dubai or Abu Dhabi to sponsor this event, im sure they would be interested, whoever from you is good in PR has to contact both dealers and see what will they respond.
at the end it will be a good advertisement for the BMW

yah getting sponsership from BMW is somthing that crossed the minds of most of us

I would do that, but i live in Oman, and it's better to come froma member in UAE, but still, needs planning...

whoever will go to ask the dealer, should plan for that, so that he can convince them to sponser us

how can this event benefit the dealer??? this is what they are looking for...
in my mind now:
- photos and infos will be shown in various Internet forums and websites (we should show them how important is that)

great idea but it would be better for them to cover the event in bmw magazine and what about convince them to offer us driving skills training (bmw fuhrer)

as more as better, we can ask them to cover the event in BMW maazine as well

as for the training, that will be one of the thing that we will discuss with them when asking for sponsorship.
(we will ask them if they can do many things to us, if they cant give us them all, give us what they can)

Anyways i really love were this is going so many ideas love em all.

I am back!!

Sorry guys, but I was away on a business trip, but I am now up to date with the meeting being organized in Dubai.

You can definitely count me in! I think summer is a good idea, but the weather will not help us if we are looking at outdoor activities

yah i had the idea of meeting u buddy, but in dubai i didnt have access to the internet (our hotel is new) and i dont have ur mobile number, so couldnt get in touch

yah that's the problem with summer :mad:

but its more appropriate for most of us, specially members who r still in school...

i will be doing my internship training this summer, but it's only for two months, and even if the meet was to be during the training, it would be a 1 day activity, so will come either way
