anybody try something like this? comes with everything you need for installing top mount except for the turbo. My cars starting to be more Chinese than it is German

That's just a downpipe and manifold. Still need wastegate, all gaskets, oil and coolant fittings, oil feed and drain, boost controller. I think there's a few more i'm leaving out but that's the gist. Would maybe save a few bucks but at that point, with something like this, just spend the extra on a good kit. Hell the DR700 is damn near On3 price I believe.

after you get all the extra little things you need to install, youre not saving much over one of the proven kits. Alibaba things arent exactly known for their quality either. Better off spending the money for a real kit instead of buying this then having to fix when it cracks.

Exactly. A LOT missing.

Also missing the turbo to IC pipe and couplers and clamps.

I like how it shows a genuine tial wastegate and owens development turbo which does not come with the kit. This whole thing is going to be more of a hassle and likely cost more than a real kit.

thanks a lot for the advice, ill probably avoid the cheap stuff for now, my cars becoming more Chinese than it is German.
