You should tell the new owner of said problem if you sell the car....of course this is lining up a whole bunch of ethical and non ethical people to comment.

Let's skip all that please and just be done with it

Lol. There's nothing to tell. There is no problem, nor has the service interval been exceeded.

I worked on oil development and field testing. Back in the days Porsche tested oils on Nurburgring to get approval. With this machine they can simulate track, and do other testing like sump etc.

It has been a leisurely project. Lots of little things needing tweaking on this car. Finally got started on the fluids. Got the engine oil change done today. LoL - that filter looked a little stressed. The orings crumbled into 3- 4 pieces taking them off. The filter mounting cage that runs through the centre was separated from the screw cap. Thankfully it snapped back into place on the tabs in the cap.

Wow. If that weren't an aftermarket filter, I'd say the oil had never been changed.
