E93 M3 front seat backrest in non M3 car

What do I want to do?
I'm looking for the easiest/cheapest way to give my E93 convertible sport seats the look of the E93 M3 convertible sport seats. The only difference is the form of the backrest.
Most of the available 2nd hand interiors are coming from RHD cars while my car is a LHD car.
Is it possible to swap only the backrest foam and leather trim?
This avoids difficulties in terms of wiring/coding etc.
Replacing the complete interior is not an option because my dashboard is partially in an non M3 creambeige color...
Swapping both entire seats is not an option either because I want to keep the normal functionlity of a LHD car seats...
Thanks for all reactions
