Here are 3 logs I managed to get today. There is a slight stumble sometimes in 4th gear, but I didn't get any active codes. I did get inactive codes 30ED 30EF & 30EE (Superknock). It could be the crappy Ethanol at my gas station

Your LPFP is getting low 50's, plus loads of minor timing corrections (probably due to the fuel as you said) Turbos struggling to hit boost targets at higher end, WGDC almost Maxing out. Have you sent the log to your tuner and told him about this all, including shadow codes. |

I got a stock 335i stage 1 with charge pipe and DCI. Any input on how my car is doing so far is appreciated. Also a few?
do the maf req vs actual matter? the car had a decent wastegate rattle I was able to completely shim and adjust out but I saw something about 500rpm from demand to boost target arrival and I am around 6/700. ideally it needs new turbos but seems to be working thanks, didn't know it supposed to be 3rd gear pulls but hope all looks well https://datazap.me/u/n45i533/log-160...og=0&data=3-22 https://datazap.me/u/n45i533/log-160...og=0&data=3-22 https://datazap.me/u/n45i533/log-160...og=0&data=3-22 |

I think I found the reason for the shadow codes 🙃 shouldn't it be illegal to sell ethanol content this low? It takes about 12 gallons to get an e30 mix now

Yeah that's bullshit... But you should always be checking your ethanol content if you don't have a sensor

Do yourself a favor and get an inline analyzer.

I've said this multiple times on this forum, the U.S. Dept. of Energy states that E85 can contain anywhere between 51%-83% ethanol in order to be constituted as E85, and the content varies by region and season. Unless you're measuring at every fill up, or have a flex fuel sensor, it's a total crap shoot as to what you're getting.

Thats a lot better, but still struggling to hit boost targets above 5k, Your not getting any 30FF codes up top, even though it's 3-4 psi off target ? WGDC Maxing out, and I don't understand why that boost target is just a straight line, stock turbos won't hold boost all the way up top. I'd say send that log to the tuner and mention these issues, you should get a better revision which begins to tapper boost. Last edited by Saif2018; 12-08-2020 at 02:05 AM.. |

Would love to get someone to check out my logs and let me know if anything seems off. Bought my e92 recently and seems to have no issues but logs may tell different!
https://datazap.me/u/jinjja/stage-1-...og=1&data=3-22 Running a MHD Stage 1 91 octane tune, VRSF chargepipe, HKS BOV, VRSF DCI and stock everything else. Supposedly new turbos (within 5000 km). From what I can tell, boost seems fine and not loosing boost anywhere. Timing seems good. AFR seems a bit wonky to me but cross referencing other people's logs it seems normal to some extent. WGDC seems a bit low though, not getting 45-55 under load. These logs aren't the best since I didn't go super high in rpms in 3rd and didn't shift into 4th but maybe someone can spot something. |

You should do a proper log 3rd Gear, DSC fully off, got WOT from 2500rpm to just over 6000rpm, shift into 4th then ease of after a few secs. |

Someone take a look at this log, boost graph and WGDC seems weird, too many up downs is that normal?

Thats not normal, should be a smooth boost line, your WGDC and boost both fluctuating. Are you on a Custom tune? |

Yes custom tune back in 2018, it seemed fine before, only thing I did upgraded to hd fmic and put my secondary cats back due to smoke because VTT turbo seals shot
