Hey man, I know this is really old (6 years old lol) but I’m in the same
position as you with that junction box, couldn’t reach the torx bolts to save my life. Anyway, I’m trying to take off the top half of the junction box, the manifold cover is already loose and out of the way so I have a better view of the passenger side clips. So far I see two on the driver’s side, one in the front, and 2 on the passenger side. Are there any in the rear that I am missing?

Flat head screwdriver and a good yank is all you need. Wish I could be more of help, just difficult to explain where and how to pry.

Wedge or use a curved pry bar. Put some grease on the metal prongs so you don't have this problem again.

You can take the bracket off with a torx head and a really small ratchet if you are a great at ratcheting.
