What bulb's do i need?
I have a e90 lci 2010 320d m sport
The angel ring is not working on one side And the main full headlight light is not working on the other side. What bulbs do i need and how easy are they to fit? Last edited by JayAr-E90; 11-10-2017 at 07:23 AM.. |

Do you have halogens or xenons? I would have a look here for your bulb types - http://www.realoem.com/bmw/enUS/part...BMW-320d&mg=63 Halogens are H7 Fogs are HB4 (LCI only) Not sure on the Angel Eyes Fitting is done by accessing the hatch inside the wheel arch, you might be fine to lock the wheels one way to get at it but I will be changing my fogs and dipped bulb to LED's tomorrow and will just jack up each corner and remove the wheel for better access. |

The LCI angel eye ring is lit by a strange and totally unique halogen bulb available from BMW, they can be swapped entirely from under the bonnet, but you'll need really small hands, and you'll probably need skin grafts by the time you finish. I've never had to buy one but I believe the bulbs cost about £35, which sounds about right for a BMW part.

Didn't know about the unique bulb for the Angel Eyes.... the previous owner of mine must have changed them out for LED's. |

If your car has got halogen lights check out this thread:
http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1423155 You'll see what angel eye bulbs I fitted to mine the other day. Easiest way to replace the bulbs is to remove the wheel and then take the wheel arch liner out. Plenty of videos on YouTube to show you how to do it. If it is halogen headlights that you've got, the main beams are H7's. |

That's why I swapped them, unfortunately the led's only lasted about a year before I had to swap them all over again, but at least it was quicker second time around. |
