Where has my oil check gone, ,ideas ??

Hi all, I have a 2009 E90 ,it is a 318D m sport saloon , basically I decided to check my oil yesterday and found that the option to check my oil has disappeared from the dash , now the only thing that has changed is that it had the turbo reconditioned last month , and all the necessary work done for that, but I have only just noticed , so hoping someone might be able to tell me how to get it back please ?thanks in advance, Den.
P.s yes I have tried checking it with the engine running, also with the handbrake on , in neutral ,after it has been running for a good30 minutes, but I am definite that the option to check the oil has vanished .

I have a 2010 320d and unless I'm totally blind, I don't have an oil check option!

On my LCI 120d (N47) i had oil level shown on OBC and there was no dipstick.
But on my Pre-LCI 320d (M54) there is no oil level shown on OBC and i have a dipstick.

I've just looked in the handbook and electronic oil level is mentioned on page 234:
Press button on indicator stalk, scroll through options and press again at oil symbol (mine has a car instead of an oil can for some reason) and press again. I don't get a detailed check just "OIL OK", although it may be different when the engines up to temperature - You learn something new every day

I'm surprised nothing is displayed on the nav screen, just on the little OBD window.

I think you are looking at the service menu. That "OIL OK" message is saying that the oil doesn't need changing yet. I have a 2007 E93 and my oil level check is via the computer; there is no physical dipstick.
