Got some 12mm spacers to widen my rear stance a bit.
Didn't want anything too aggressive, just something semi-subtle. Rear wheels are 19x9.5, et35, 265/30R19

Performance spoiler
I've been looking for a replica performance spoiler, in jet black. Easy to find in CF on eBay, but not a painted one. Other vendors charge much more, so I ended up getting a CF spoiler after all, but wrapped it to match my body.
Really prefer this spoiler to the M3 lip. Not too aggressive, but not quite as subtle as M3 lip. Cheers.

Help attaching spoiler
If anyone has tips on installing the performance spoiler, please share!
I used the 3M tape, but the corners keep popping up and do not stay stuck to the trunk. I've re-applied 3 times now with the same results. Any help is appreciated.

Coding
With the help of a fellow forum member, finally coded my car with the following:
- windows up with key fob - auto unlock doors on key eject - disable window rollup safety feature - disabled seatbelt chimes - digital speedo - instant MPG (not a fan, may reverse this) - change DRL to parking light (don't have angel eyes) Nothing too major, but the top 3 do make life a bit easier

Underseat woofers
It's been a while since I updated this thread...
A while back I purchased an Audio System X200 3-way speaker kit for the E90. Kit comes with 4" mids for the doors, tweeters, and 8" woofers for under the seats. This kit is a direct replacement for the OEM speakers in our cars. Given I have the base audio system, I also had to buy tweeter sails since I didn't have any in my car. Haven't installed the mids/tweeters yet, but I did install the woofers under the seats. Wow, what a difference! It hits quite low, and sounds pretty decent as-is. Can't wait to get the rest of the kit installed! If anyone is looking for a decent speaker upgrade, doesn't need killer bass, but wants some additional punch on the low-end, save the trunk space and get a kit like this!

Scoops
Knowing that it wouldn't make a huge difference, but wanting to do something with the car, I caved and purchased Cyba scoops (black).
Install was fairly easy, and while not a huge improvement, I do feel it revs a bit freer once it's over 60-70 km/h. Cheers.

I don't like the smaller housings on depo's vs OEM. TBH, I'd be happy with LCI halogens too (as a second option), just need to get me some angel eyes! Just my opinion. Thanks for the suggestion, all are welcome.

BUT, I also like the aggressive look of gloss black grills (definitely not matte for me). Who knows, at some point I might cave, but for now, I think it'll stay as is. I do agree though that it's an easy way to make it a bit more personal.

More Updates:
I come to the forum fairly frequently, but keep forgetting to update this as I get more work done. Since the last update I have: - Removed the BMS PowerBox - Gotten a custom tune from Eurocharged (tuned for my air intake, free re-tunes when I get future upgrades) - Finished the Mids/tweeters installation for my audio (done a while ago actually) - FINALLY gotten my steering wheel controls to work with my Pioneer HU Mods to come soon: - Black MT Pedal set (already received, pending installation) - Red vinyl for my rear Pre-LCI tail lights (already received, pending installation) Will try to post some updated pics in a few weeks... once I get my latest mods done, and the weather is nicer (and car back to summer mode).

How good is the custom tune from Eurocharged? I didnt see 323i on their website. There was a 325i listed but it increased the bhp from 184 to 198. The 323i is 200 stock?
also where di you get the Injen air intake from? How much difference does it make in the sound? Is it reliable? |

I got the Injen intake from a member in the classifieds, but it has been reliable so far (2.5 years). I suggest looking at the options from bimmian or tdot performance if you want something similar, or check the classifieds for someone who may be selling one.
