I didn't think I'd be doing this, but some other opportunities have come up. I don't need to sell my E91 but If the price is right I'm willing to sell.

I am the second owner, first owner was an older lady who did everything when it was required.

She Ordered the vehicle new and on the build sheet it states that the car was picked up at the BMW Performance center in South Carolina. It was ordered through Bill Jacobs BMW, and after a few years she moved to the Raleigh area in North Carolina where it has resided for 9+ years. It has been maintained at either a BMW dealership, or Bimmer Performance Center in Raleigh, NC. Which is pretty known in the BMW scene. I currently maintain it at BMW of Southpoint, and it stays in my garage unless I am commuting in it.

I have receipts for the Valve cover/ and gasket, Oil Pan Gasket (replaced in the past 5k miles), oil filter housing gasket, both diffs and Transfer case service and an oil change in the past 500 miles, new tires <4k miles ago, new brakes in the past 15k miles. New rear Bilstein suspension in the past 15k miles, new axels in the past 5k miles, water pump which included a coolant flush in the past 8k miles, they also did a brake fluid flush at that time. I just replaced the tie rods when I changed the wheels/tires and now the car drives like it's brand new, and looks new because I had it paint corrected and coated. I replaced all the door handles that became sticky, any trim inside that started to peal. Only thing I didn't get to was the drivers side door cup, which has a few little peals in the coating, not sticky or annoying so I left it as is for now. Clean title, no accidents, all original paint! The car currently sits on BMW style 193M m sport 18 inch wheels, with new staggered Michelin Pilot sport 4 all season tires in 225/40/18 and 245/35/18s.

Car currently sits at 129,500 miles, and will go up. It has the BMW oil change program active for 3 years and unlimited miles, the oil has been changed every 5-10k miles under previous ownership, and 3-5k miles under current ownership.

Because of the amount of time and money invested, I am looking to get $25,000 for the car. I am open to offers reasonable to the asking price and current market for the car. I have most of the Service records since new, and over $20,000 has been put into the car since 2017 to keep it in factory fresh condition.

I know I am going to regret listing the car, but I know if I keep in on the forums it will go to an enthusiast who will care for the car.

I can send more pictures via text or email

Thanks man, You'd never guess it had 129k miles by looking at it or driving it.

Then don't buy it and move along. You clearly don't understand the market. Morons gonna moron I guess.

Anyway, Montego blue might be the best color for these cars, and this one is nicely optioned. Very nice example here OP. You shouldn't have any issue selling.

Bump,
I would take $23,000 on the stock 17" inch sport wheels. Car is still in perfect shape

What's the reason for different sidewall on the staggered stance? That means your diameter front vs. rear is off by ~1.2% (0.3"). Seems like quite a bit for an AWD vehicle. Is the transfer case happy with that generally? I'm coming from the Subaru AWD world where tire wear difference of that magnitude (0.3" front/rear) would be a concern.

It's .2" difference, no? The t-case would -see- .1" .08% Seems pretty close. May even end up near perfect if you measure the actual tire height which can change a bit vs rim width and pressures.

Beautiful wagon! GLWTS

This set up was the closest to the original diameter that came on the car. It's just like an awd e9x originally equipped with the 193m. I just have a 10mm narrower rear tire.
