They straight turned it down, no discussion at all past my initial submission.

No, he's correct, they turned down the E91 altogether. I'm still finalizing details of a listing for the E90.

Not sure. I know BaT doesn't love marketing modified cars. Both cars are most likely better suited for cars n bids.

I'd love to know what you're aiming for on your e91. I'd love to know more about the swap, too. I'm staring at the choice for doing a swap or doing a supercharger.

I have a MT/xDrive which is actually a pretty tight needle to thread in the donor car dept.

For all that is holy, don’t even mention that to my wife, lol. She was already in tears about it leaving when we talked about it. Does he appreciate it as the unicorn it is, will he promise to take good care of it, does he hav3 any bmw experience, what does he drive now? etc etc. which is funny because she’s only driven it 3 times in 3 years.

2006 BMW 325 xit 6spd MT

Hi,
Just joined and not sure this is where I post a classified, however I'm listing my
2006 325 XIT 6psd MT.

It is fully sorted, unlike the majority out there. Just dealer inspected.
Taking offers, leave a phone number and I will call you back, thanks.

LOL

I will make sure not to mention it. For what's it's worth, I am a serial BMW owner. I have a serious problem, about 11 BMWs in the past 10 years. Yet somehow I know people that are worse than me haha. But now that I'll have one nice practical car and one dedicated track/fun car, I think I'll be less inclined to switch cars so often as each one will fulfill a duty.

I also got my entire family on BMWs. My brother got his e36 because of me, then his e92 m3 due to me getting an e90 m3. Then I convinced my dad to get an e91 and soon after decided I needed a BMW wagon as well lol. It's a sickness.

Yep correct I did, flying out next weekend. I was in talks with someone somewhat local for an Alpine white e91 m sport prior to that, but it ended up selling less than a few hours after being posted.

I guess I could have said fuck it I’ll buy it however it is, but I’ve already looked at one that had major problems at low miles and didn’t buy. Not like I’m flush with cash to be throwing it around without looking at the engine first. I’m not looking to flip, I just want a manual wagon.
Took me 6 months to find my E91. I started looking locally and a few slipped away and were bought from underneath me (private sellers and dealers). One popped up on the east coast on craigslist. Instantly contacted the seller, I was willing to send a deposit but he and his wife didn't feel right so I had him remove the listing for peace of mind on my end and luckily he did. Mind you, he had local people checking it out that weekend. I overnighted a check taking a big risk and 2 weeks later it was delivered to me.

Crazy but cool experience. Buying a car sight unseen is not the greatest feeling but it was almost perfect. I've done some preventative maintenance here and there since but a few things I've learned is you'll need to have a lot of patience, open your search nationwide, and when you find something you really like... don't wait. Jump on it. Otherwise it will be gone before you know it.

^^ That, or compromise. I found my E91 at a dealership in New Jersey, they had it listed for 6500 bucks, 100k miles. idrive, auto, xdrive. nonsport, hifi audio, but it had comfort access. Some scratches and door dings and highway/hood chips.
since I added an upgraded suspension, DISA intake + free tune, L7 audio, sport seats and sport heated steering wheel, carplay/android auto MMI, reverse camera, active cruise, auto high beams, and I'm about to finish the tow package installation.

Is it perfect? not by any stretch. Is it 6MT like my old one? nope, and I do miss that. Is it a good candidate for an n55/6MT conversion? not really, but it is a fantastic driver's car, which is what brought me to the brand in the first place.

To be honest, I'm not really looking to sell it. I've gotten a bunch of PMs since I posted the photos here last week, and I've given them all the same number, but nobody interested. Admittedly, its top dollar for an E91, but given the work done and quality of the work, I think its a fair ask. Would cost you more to recreate the car, that's for sure.

As for the swap feel free to send a PM and we can chat more. There's certainly plenty to discuss.

Ooh... 6MT and Montego/Saddle, sport, HK sound.

but 174k of new england miles may not have been kind to the undercarriage...

only things it doesn't tick from my list are comfort access, front PDC and active cruise

I actually reached out to them but have been traveling for work this week. Noticed the price being high for the mileage as well but it also has a lot of paint damage as well. Doors have some dings which can easily be fixed with PDR but couple of long scratches, the rear bumper looks beat up and and the right front bumper has something going on in the lower edge.
