Unknown hose leaking oil?

Hey guys, trying to trace down an oil leak.

Not entirely sure what this line is, but any help would be appreciated. Also, this may or may not be related, but all the PCV hoses and PCV itself was changed yesterday, so that might be apart of the leak, but pretty sure it's not leaking anymore.

I'm thinking it may also be my valve cover gasket, or oil pan gasket. Will be getting those done shortly.

Here's a video of the issue:

If I had to guess, it seems like the PCV hoses dribbled oil during the removal/swap. It looks to be all over the PCV heater wiring too, making me think it had to come from above them.

Have you looked at the area when the car is running? To make sure it’s not spraying oil from a Cracked/loose fitting or something?

Your best next actions would be to clean it best you can and monitor for new oil. A good blast of brake cleaner should be enough to tell if more is coming.

I'd recommend this article. I had a similar weird leak under the intake.

That hose goes down to your vacuum pump which is at the front of the block. It shouldn't be leaking or seeping oil from the hose unless the pump seals are bad. The most likely scenario here is that your oil filter housing gasket is leaking back there or the oil pressure sensor is leaking back there. Not a hose.

I'd almost be willing to bet money that its an oil filter housing gasket leak. I don't overly think its the head bolt or a hose, it could be a broken CCV but thats a LOT of oil for that to be it.

EDIT: When you were working yesterday did you notice the oil before you put everything back? That would explain why no more is coming out if you spilled some residual oil from your separator or intake manifold during a ccv job

+1 on this. It is a common issue on 2006s. When my bolt was broken, oil ended up right where you have it.

I'll actually have to check that on my own car because I get a bit of oil back there that I attribute to the oil pressure sensor which I didn't torque and just tightened to what felt right when I did the filter housing. Seems doubtful as the head bolt seemed solid at least to the hand.
