OS Giken Super Lock Diff for Large Case Gear
Long story short, I bought this thinking it was for a small case diff. It is actually for large case diffs. (bolt circle diameter for the large ring gear is ~154mm. For small case, it is ~134mm) The text on the end plate says "Spec-S TTT-280608". I don't have the original box so I am not 100% sure of the OS Giken part number but I think it is BM531-HA. Original plan was to install this in my N54 E91 swap, but the $1200 or so that I need to spend to buy a 335i wagon rear bumper changed those plans. I was told it was never installed in a vehicle, but it does look like it has had a ring gear bolted to it. Also looks like bearings were installed on both ends. There is some surface corrosion and styrofoam on it from it sitting in the box for a while. Comes ready to install in any large case bolted e90 diff.
