Second party adjuster is coming tomorrow to look at the damage. Can’t wait to get my car repaired. After the repair, I’m getting a new set of Michelin A/S pilot sport ultra performance non run flats, and having my rear window seal replaced. It started to crumble/peel apart.

Installing it in my wagon. If I like it, I am keeping it. If not I am going to wrap my wood trim. Not sure after that.

dibs if you don't like it.
my center piece has a bunch of divots in it from previous owner, and my dash piece has a bulge where someone before me tried to pull it out and tweaked it.

Replaced my aluminum trim on my E91 with a carbon leather trim from a M3 sedan

Just need to do something with the center console trim...

Finally replaced my faulty injector and was able to fully enjoy my BRR tune and deletes. This thing rips!

A few days ago I hit some giant ass bumps that caused the steering to no longer be centered when driving straight. I assume I bent a tie rod. New tie rods and boots came in today, so we'll see what happens!

As a side note, it's really interesting to see how the adaptive headlights respond to the steering suddenly not being straight- the input from the yaw sensor must play a large part in it's processing. Turning the wheel straight causes the lights to dart to the right slightly, since the car veers right if the wheel is centered.

Just confirming you have the inners as high beams as well with outer Xenon(w/shield lifted) for both high beam on and flash to pass?
Sorry for the delay in replying. I didn't see that you'd replied to my post.

In the NFRM, find the label PWM_FL_BEI_BIXENON and change both values to wert_01

This gives you the inner halogens, as well as the xenon high beams (shield lifted).

Cheers!

As for which bulbs to use, based on my research, I am planning on going with PIAA Xtreme White bulbs:

So they are unpainted aluminum and he is polishing them? Or polishing the paint?

Either way, looks pretty fresh

Yep. It works perfectly.

The weather here is atrocious right now, so I'll try to get some pics in the next couple of days.

they remained in the factory clear coat since they weren't rough.

so just cleaning/polishing the factory 2004 clearcoat.

I hope to finish up cleaning/polishing soon.
then I'll take all of this to his house because he has decent paint gun, and we'll spray them in proper clearcoat.

then probably ceramic coat them.

then I can order my new summer tires.
and I really need to find my wheel spacers.

Here's a pic for comparison. It's hard to tell, but the Xenons are on high beam in the lower shot (I can actually hear the shutter move when switching to high beams).

Cheers!

Didn't do anything to my car today. Instead, did something with it. Drove it home from work mostly on the bacroads today ( ca84 west of i280 and ca35). Really enjoyed my 6mt 328i after taking my dsg b8 s4 to work for almost a month. Anticipate driving through the back roads tomorrow again since they are mostly empty on the weekdays.

I'm heading out of town this afternoon and I cant stand taking a dirty car on a trip. It was raining and dark out so I did an ONR (rinseless wash) on it. Hofmeister supervised.

What is the size/offset of those?
I am willing to bet that the 25mm set I used would work pretty well, maybe with an extra 5mm for the back.

I made the jump to wheel studs with Mishimoto aluminum lugs.
[IMG][/IMG]

And the new Firestone Firehawks came in and I had them mounted on the 313's. Front 235 35 19 and rear 275 30 19.

For fun, there's a 275 30 19 next to my Jeep's 315 75 16.
