LED marker for E90 angel eye

i've bought the LED marker from car.gym. I found that the light after installation is not bright and white enough(when comparing with my 6000k Philip D1S bulb). Also, I got to exchange two units from Car.Gym in the first month of my purchase.

However, sometimes, i come across some e90 angel is very bright and the colour is at least 6000k above (in the road). any suggestions for where to buy a LED marker which is 6000k and bright ? how much ?

Are you saying the colour is like bright white/blue one?

the most beautiful one that i;ve ever seen is the new X3 and E92 LCI which stock comes which "white" angel ring. not too bright and not too dim. you can even see through it at some angles.....

You should buy MTEC V3.

Here's some photos I took for E92-Lighting.

All 4 angel eyes. The E90 Xenon headlight, only requires 1 bulb per headlight.
The Mtec V3 kit comes with two led bulbs, one right side and one left side.

yours seem very bright and white wor...but it seems that your angel eyes are not the stock one, right ? If it is the stock one, i think your LED marker is quite good. (bright and white)

I bought one led bulb from taobao before, no code but not visible at day time
And it doesn't light up after half years of use
So I am going to mtec and hope the light can be seen from direct sunlight

What are the differences between V3 and V4?

Hi bros, my pre-owned E90 has a pair of HID angel eyes installed but one of them went out recently. As I am a newbie, I am not sure whether it is just the bulb or prob with the transformer. Could anyone recommend a reputable garage in HK, preferably Kowloon side, for checking and fixing the headlights? Thanks a lot.

Typically Angel Eyes are not HID, probably bulbs or LEDs. What's your E90 model? Do you know you have the entire headlight kit replaced by the prev. owner?

If LED, I guess this thread already gave you info on how to find the replacements, then you can go to your garage/workshop for simple replacement.

Good luck!

Thanks little_croco, mine is E90 LCI (323i). I'm not sure whether the prev owner had replaced the entire kit. Perhaps I will take it to Cargym for check-up. Thanks.
