Pulley/Belt noise?

Ill try to get an up close shot of the pulleys. Happens every couple of days, cold engine, warm engine, driving, parked. Some days it never makes a noise. Quite embarassing though. Would just a belt kit solve the problem?

I do notice a very slight side to side movement on the left pulley.

Maybe just the PCV valve. If you can get it to keep squealing after you open the oil cap then it's definitely not the PCV valve. Or, if you can confirm that the little hose barb on the top/center of the engine is continuously sucking in air at idle (squealing or not) by sticking a tissue to the tip or connecting a clear hose to draw in oil or water, then it definitely is the PCV. Note that the barb has a little loose-fitting cover that needs to be removed first.

Take off your belt and run the engine for like a minute. You will know for sure if it's belt drive related.

Dealer confirmed it was the tensioner going bad, belt is fine. However, I will order the whole kit and do myself.
