Honda's latest entry into Japans Super GT championship

This was supposedly Honda's NSX replacement with a 3.4 V8 which Honda then axed due to the economy...

Now, now, I know its a Honder and all, but just listen to the damn thing....It sounds like a formula 1 car...

ALMS

I know it is early to start thinking about the ALMS race, but I got camping order forms from Road America. The earlier the reservation the better chance we have at a good spot. Should I try and get a couple of spot reserved? Who is planning on going this year?

"Then, from the east, comes Subaru, who wanted a piece of this chest-pounding, automotive aggression and jumped in with an ad proclaiming, "Well done to Audi and BMW for winning the beauty contest. From the winner of the 2006 International Engine of the Year Winner." Burn!"

I think burn refers to the oil in their 2006 International Engine of the Year!

Yeh I think we would like to be in the same location as last year. Was a good spot away from the rest of the pack so to speak, decent shade in afternoon, etc.

Joyce and I are going this year. We got a three bedroom suite for O'fest and are staying at the Ostoff on Saturday/Sunday before then also. Don and Stacy and Gerbers are there also.

Where were you guys at last year? What corner or area? I was there, but I didn't meet anyone from IA. We will be going again this next year, but we don't camp I have family that lives 30min away

Are you guys going for Octoberfest? Anyone doing the DEs?

We were camping along the backstraight. Not all of us camped though. Not doing octoberfest or the DE as I've already done a school there and the prices for octoberfest are pretty high. Probably just take the car for race weekend and call it good

What are the prices for Octoberfest DEs? I was assuming they would be around 150/day like normal DE prices. What else does Octoberfest have to offer?
