BMW specialist diagnosed my e92 report attached
Hi all,
I’ve been having issues with multiple lights on the dash, error messages on the centre screen stating electronic failure, seek BMW assistance. New Yuasa battery installed and coded due to issues with previous 12 year old battery. FRM has been tested and ok by Corsham Electrical. Checked fuses and all ok, removed ECU to check for corrosion, no issues found. Indicator, dipped headlights failure on screen, drivers window does not open or close via the door the switch, opens via the fob but doesn’t close. Passenger window opens and closes via the passenger switch and fob but not via the drivers switch, the drivers switch also controls the mirrors on both sides and is working. Took the car to a specialist who ran it through AutoLogix and found a number of errors. They unplugged the Telecom box in the boot which has cleared the lights on the dash and the Speedo etc is working yet the errors on the centre screen is still there. I also now have the ABS lights on the dash which wasn’t there before this issue started a few weeks ago, I had the rear driveshafts replaced around 3 months back, no sensors though! The windows don’t drop when you open the door handles either. Help please peeps! Thanks. |
