damn eljay, this car is a gem.

I wish mine looks that good.

I dont know if one day it will happen, maybe. Ive already put too much time and money into it, I think if will be staying rough aesthetically.

Thank you!
Yes, time and money goes in, smoke comes out the pipe in the back, and smiles somewhere in the middle.

I just need to finish my interior plans and then I'll be done with it and just maintain it, hopefully.

Didn’t want to overload this thread with my own pics, but here’s a couple snaps I took last weekend in front of an interesting building I saw.
And one a bit farther away to appreciate the buildings interesting design.
Enjoy.

Nice! What tire specs with those Style 640M wheels? I am putting together a squared set of rears (18x9) and looking at options for tires to fit LCI E91 xDrive fitment.

I'll let E91Tom answer for his, but 255/35r18 is what you're gonna want. Guessing you'll want square since you're squaring the wheels. I have 245/35r18 (x4) on my staggered set but only because I got a good deal on them, and wanted to make sure I had enough cleanance for coilovers. 245s are slightly short though, 255 is better.

Those style 640M wheels look great. I use to have a set too before I sold them.

I was going to look for a set of 640M as I love the look and fit. But I would need to jump from 225/40R18 to one of the above mentioned sizes to go on those wide wheels and the cost jumps quite a bit.

Currently running a really cheap set of 225/40/R18 Michelin Pilot Sport 4 I got off marketplace! The front tire fitment is pretty okay, the rears are definitely too much of a stretch haha. I couldn't say no to practically a new set of Michelins for $150 though lol!

I've seen some guys run 225/40 front and 255/35 rear on xDrive and the diameter is about perfect matched, so that was what I planned to run next. But I also had a friend who went through 3 transfer cases running staggered on E9x xDrive haha, so not sure what to do. The winter 255/40s will be going back on them soon in a couple months, they're a bit fatter but the car is still stock height so no rubbing!

staggered setup has nothing to do with transfer case issue.

xdrive + sport come OEM with staggered wheels.

overall diameter does, and it's very important to have same tire diameter on a staggered setup.

I like meaty tires, I went 265 in the rear, and I think those wheels could have take 275
