I'm really tempted to put a 318i badge on instead

So... I'm thinking about putting the wagon away for the winter. I'm most likely going to end up sending the DME and original CAS off to bimmergeeks to get the proper tune, VIN, and mileage flashed. Also thought about installing an rb external pcv kit, and doing some carbon cleaning. Bolt-ons are supposed to come in next week, so I'll be installing those as well!

Some pics of what's to come...
Shoutout to VRSF for being absolutely awesome! I ordered all the bolt-ons a while ago, but they were waiting on two items that were pre-ordered to be finished to ship all my stuff out. They even shipped it a week before the preorder ended!! All of the parts look great, the welds on the downpipes are practically perfect and they look miles better than the ebay downpipes currently on the car. Everything was packaged beautifully, and there was pretty much no damage on the boxes, which is surprising since it came from all the way from Florida on a truck haha. Can't wait to get all the stuff on the car!!

Awesome work. I would do the same if I had the time, the space, the equipment, the patience, etc. to undertake such a project. My dream car would be an S65 AWD wagon, white exterior with red interior, and all of the best bells & whistles of the E9X. Post up in your thread if you ever decide to sell this beauty.

I say leave debaged or go with an N54 badge (https://www.ebay.ca/itm/BMW-N54-Meta...haxjFk&vxp=mtr) although the exhaust tells that story too.

Enthusiasts will know how unique your ride is, and those who are unaware will think WTF?! when you pass and they're staring at your tail lights.

Sick build, dude! Glad to see someone build the wagon BMW should have given us.

BTW, this totally deserves a custom tag. UNICORN or PWRWGN or something along those lines.

After my 335is owning co-worker badgering me for the greater part of the year for owning a N52 instead of N54 car, I told him that in one year I will have a N54 E91. Thanks for the inspiration.

My cousin definitely doesn't have the driveguards on anymore... I still have mine because I'm waiting to get some nice aftermarket wheels. Don't want to waste money on brand new tires when I'm gonna be getting new wheels haha

Today my wagon gave me a heart attack. Went to the tire shop to get some new tires mounted, they were pretty busy and didn't have time to squeeze me in so I got in the car to go home. Hit the start button aaaaaaaaand... Nothing. All the electronics came on, and I could hear the fuel pump priming but it wouldn't turn over. Had a few interesting codes, BSD communications fault, and oil pressure switch implausible signal. Got an uber home, as I had to get to class at 2 p.m. Did some research, and most people were saying it's a ground wiring issue. Got back to the shop around 5, got under the car and tightened the ground strap a bit, as well as made sure the battery terminals were tightened. Pulled out my laptop, cleared all the codes through INPA, and it fired right up on the first try! Guess my ground strap was a little loose or something. Anyways, now it's got some new wheels and headlights on it! I'll try and post a few updated pictures soon!

Some pictures for updates as promised! New lights and wheels installed! I think I'll be getting lowering springs soon for cheap, and then in a month or so getting some good coilovers.

Driven 3,000 miles on the swap, so far so good! Got my original CAS recoded yesterday, I'm finally reading the correct VIN number when I plug in anything to the OBD port.

Bought the MHD data logging module a while ago, and it helped my catch a few boost leak problems. Everything else looks healthy, so I'm really happy with how everything's running. Finally wired up my reverse lights, put on actual exhaust tips, tossed on some H&R lowering springs (temporarily until I get some coilovers).

Got some new things coming in this week, an RB external pcv kit, so I'll be plugging the head ports and walnut blasting sometime soon in the near future. Also ordered the precision raceworks coil kit, I found out I had one coil pack different from the rest when I was putting in new spark plugs lol. I've heard some great things about the kit, and people say it makes everything run much smoother. Can't wait to get the stuff installed!

Hopefully soon in the near future I can get some inlets/outlets, upgraded LPFP, and custom tunes by Wedge Performance for both an e85 mix and pump, as well as coilovers and some good wheels/tires to actually be able to put power down to the ground. So far the clutch has been holding up well, here's to hoping it'll last with even higher power levels haha. According to virtual dyno, I'm making 370 rwhp, which from what I gather is about right for the mhd stage 2+. The goal is to get to around 470 rwhp on e85 and with inlets/outlets, let's see if my stock turbos can hold it hahaha
