For sale is my E91 BMW 325xi Wagon. Monaco Blue over desirable Dakota Terra interior, 193M wheels with brand new Continental ExtremeContact DWS06+ tires. Clean title. Notable features include no iDrive, Rear PDC, HID headlights with cleaners, rain-sensing wipers, panoramic sunroof, Bluetooth and Aux Logic7 radio, alpine package, replica M-Sport splitters, all weather mats.

This car has been my daily driver and Tahoe ski car and I have spent a significant amount of time on maintenance to make this car as reliable as possible. It drives 350 miles weekly on my commute and has gone to and back from Tahoe several times. The xDrive AWD system is fantastic in the rain and snow and it drives confidently in Bay Area winters and in the mountains. I would not hesitate taking this car on any trip.

The car is in excellent shape mechanically but has some cosmetic flaws. Both previous owners lived in the city and as such the car has a lot of dings and dents from existing in SF. I've corrected the paint as best I can and I’ve tried to portray these flaws as accurately as I can to ensure there are no surprises for the buyer. More detailed photos can be found at the link at the end of the description.

I am the 3rd owner, I bought the car at 150k miles, and have since put on 20k predominantly highway miles in my ownership. During that time I have conducted the following maintenance and repairs:

2023/03/11 - 151068 - Replaced alternator, belt, new battery
2023/03/12 - 151200 - Headlight and Foglight Polished
2023/03/19 - 151500 - Replaced engine splash guard, right fender splash guards, cracked taillight
2023/03/25 - 151902 - Upper radiator hose, coolant flush, oil change, front and rear differential oil change, transfer case oil change, brake flush, power steering flush
2023/03/27 - 151972 - Fixed Rear tailgate latch cover & Replaced Gas Struts
2023/03/29 - 152500 - Replaced radiator drain plug, flushed coolant
2023/04/20 - 152670 - Replaced heater inlet hose, flushed coolant
2023/05/18 - 154423 - Replaced transfer case with 88k mile used case, flushed oil, replaced exhaust studs and nuts
2023/06/10 - 155419 - Rechecked transfer case prop shaft torques, replaced transfer case oil (flush), replaced front tension arms, replaced tension arm ball joints, replaced shorted left angel eye bulb holder, replaced windshield washer fluid filler neck
2023/06/28 - 156407 - Oil change, engine and cabin air filter, washer fluid pumps, angel eyes
2023/08/09 - 159492 - Replaced front wishbones and bolts
2023/08/11 - 161580 - Full Alignment
2023/09/16 - 161638 - Oil and filter change
2023/11/19 - 165470 - Replaced all brake rotors and pads, replaced variable valve timing motor gasket, replaced heater inlet hose o ring
2023/12/3 - 165919 - Replaced heater inlet hose o ring, upper radiator hose, coolant return hose
20240107 - 167343 - Oil and filter change
20240116 - 167600 - new tire install
20240222 - 170401 - Replaced oil filter housing to thermostat coolant pipe “Mickey Mouse” flange with updated aluminum part

This is in addition to the well-documented service history of both previous owners. I am happy to provide an up-to-date CarFax free of charge to any potential buyer.

Notable service omissions and their reasons for omission are:
- Oil filter housing gasket - not leaking and shows no signs of leaking
- Valve cover gasket - not leaking and shows no signs of leaking
- Oil pan gasket - weeps but still within BMW factory oil consumption specifications; the car doesn’t leave oil in my driveway and I haven’t felt the need to address this yet.
- Transmission fluid not changed - shifts are smooth and solid and do not show any signs of wear; significant literature online advising against changing high mileage transmission fluid as it may make performance worse.

I have taken meticulous care of this vehicle and am looking forward to passing it on to someone who will share the passion and stewardship of this great car. I have tried to be as transparent as possible with the condition of the car and I’m happy to take additional photos as needed and answer any questions.

I’m selling predominantly to buy a more fuel efficient car for commuting.

$7800 OBO. Located in SF Bay Area, CA
