Daytime running light fault codes with LED angel eyes
Okay so I have e92 AHL headlights and the previous owner had LED angel eyes installed and they work perfectly fine. only thing is that it throws an error message on the dash (A8C6 or A8C5 or both) randomly even though it works perfectly fine. I’m guessing it’s because the car thinks it’s halogen bulbs still. is there a way to code out the voltage check using ncs expert/dummy?
Also I scanned the car using inpa and ran a test and it was saying my frm wasn’t getting the supplied voltage (12V-16V) and it was only getting 11.9V. This is what i think is causing it to only throw a code sometimes and not all the time. If confused can explain better, Cheers |
