That's the symbol for adaptive headlight fault. Do you have xenon's with adaptive headlight function so they turn as you steer round corners?

I had this fault on one, it needed a new module that controlled the turning of the headlight. Was an easy fix and not too expensive.

Had this in mine, ended up being the motors which control the adaptive headlights were sticky. Had complete headlight replaced under warranty but there's probably a simple DIY to free it up and get it working again.

You need the read the codes which will help pinpoint what it is.

Had to change headlight as the plug was damage and wher connect into head light. Now have hologram headlight all seem working fine but still showing fault . They basic angle eyes hologram headlight. Would they need to be coding as they not same head light had in. Abit down grade . The normal headlight had on car . The control unit that plus into side headlight is damage both ends . Can't find the to replace inside headlight .

If you have changed the headlight type I would think you would need to code the new ones to the car at least.
