Exclamation How to take off orig. Radio Professional?

Hi there!

I'm tryiing to install a Parrot CK3000 to my E91 but I have problems during the Radio Professional removal process...I have also
a Navi 16/9...

Is there someone that can give me some information or that have some photos about its removal????

Taking the Radio out is ver simple. You just loosen the two screws at the buttom of it and pull it out.

The problem is: these two screws are covered by the HVAC controls so you need to take that out first. In theory thatīs quite easy as well because itīs only clipped in.

But itīs clipped in so tightly itīs almost impossible to take out. You need special tools to take it out without leaving dents in either your dashboard or the HVAC controls, so you better go see your dealer and ak him to do it for you. It simly is not a DIY task

Did you manage to get it out? I'm also trying to install a parrot in my e91 and would like to know your experience.
If i get to it, i'll let you know how it went.
