Can anyone help with error code 4A72, I get this error code every now and again and it puts the car into limp mode so wont go over 2k RPM.

Only seems to happen after driving for about an hour and a half and at a constant speed ( Motorway ).

If my speed drops below about 25 mph the fault goes and the car drives fine.

I've googled it and there is very little info on it, the only thing I can find is 1 post and it never really got answered but someone said it could be the accelerator pedal module?.

Any help would be appreciated.
