Exhaust help

E90 320d ,

I've noticed this today..

When idling there's strong smell of fumes coming out of the exhaust.

+ Every now and then the car throws up a small cloud of white smoke when starting up, it doesn't happen very often ...

Theres no smoke when heavy accelerating or neutral revving.

Just the strong smell of diesel fumes from exhaust at idle , eg. Traffic lights ..

If that's an issue , where do I start looking ?

Probably an exhaust leak at the turbo flange. Best get that fixed asap. Diesel exhaust fumes are a known carcinogen.
