Noob questions. I want a 12.9 1/4

Thanks for reading. I have an 11 e90 335xi auto. Last Friday I managed to run a 13.1 @ 104 with just my Cobb AP3 on a pretty cold night. I plan to get a VRSF charge pipe for reliability but what else would I realistically need to hit the 12 second range?

Also is it possible to run E85 on my car with the Cobb or is it only an option with the JB4 and if so are there any benefits?

All you need is a protune from PTF. The gains compared to a stock Cobb mapp should be more than enough to give you 2 tenths.

Catless downpipes and intercooler for consistency.

What is the actual 0-60 and 1/4 on a stock N55 E92 XI?

I searched for a bit but could only find specs for the rear wheel drive cars, They were around 4.8 0-60 and 13.6 in the 1/4. The XI should be close to that stock.
