Multiple engine code after cobb instalation

Hey guys, I installed cobb v3 with a stage 1 aggressive tune. After 3 weeks i blew up a vacuum line. I fixed the vacuum leaked and than i started receiving engine code p2aa4 and 2A82. I went to amazons and bought two genuine vanos solenoid and replaced them. The code still came up. I ended up uninstalling cobb and the code came back up. any ideal?
my car is a 2007 335i n54

Try posting in the N54 section (this is N55)
