Will this set up work?

for e92 coupe

rims are front 19x8.5 and tires will be 235/35/19 offset 35
For the rear the wheels will be 19x10 and tires will be 275/30/19 offset 35

will i rub? also if i lower my car in the future will i have problems?

the hamann race replicas. They got them on **********s. model 336. Im guessing they should fit but not sure

they should not rub. i have the exact same setup sittin in my house until my car gets here. seen it many times. what tires did u get?
