Heated seat cuts out after V1 hardwire

Just tonight my passenger side heated seat kind of died. Push the button and the lights come on on the switch, but then they shut off within a few seconds. Normally I would start checking fuses, but this suddenly started happening now that I have done the V1 hardwire in the overhead light console. V1 operates fine, but it wasn't even turned on when I noticed the heated seat issue. I don't know if this is related or coincidental? I searched and found that the problem has happened to others, but no solutions found.

Any ideas? I'm still going to go check fuses once it's light out. V1 is hardwired to the green w/ white stripe wire in the overhead console. Not sure if that's a shared circuit with heated seats? Driver side still works fine though.
