Where are the SOCAL/San Diego meets at?

It seems really slow and quiet as far as BMW/EURO meets go down here in SOCAL. I am looking for some chill/classy/respectable meets to roll to and get some shots of cars but I haven't had much luck finding anything.

The meets I have found online are up in Irvine are fairly large which is great, but they seem to be under police scrutiny.

Any spots you all recommend?

If none, you all should set up something Bavarian and clean.

How bad has the cops been in SD cause we had car meets shut down in OC and many people were ticketed for assumed hooning even though they were literally parked.

I haven’t had any issues with the police down here.

I am heading up to the San Clemente cars and coffee on Saturday morning to get some photos of the super cars and check it all out.

This site is slower than shit... but if you’re in San Diego and want to meet up or get some car shots in the downtown SD area hit me up. I do photo shoots and rolling GoPro (7,4K) clips.

SD should have more activity.

Kinda man, i've noticed people down here are a little more flaky than when i lived in LA. HAHA even I am more flaky than I was in LA too.

But I am down to meet up though, ill stop being a lazy ass and make it to a meet if it goes down

A forum member usually post one on here! He host one on the last Saturday of the month at 6pm. It's usually really fun and laid back, everyone is super nice to talk to.

We had an impromptu meet at SD Garage in Escondido back in Nov. A few F80s, E90s, and a special JDM guest. Besides that I think there is a monthly one over in San Marcos area. I know a couple E90Post guys in central/North SD. (Del Mar/Encinitas area) Seems like mostly everyone is in North County, however I know for a fact that there are some guys down around the I-8 as well. Thinking somewhere mid-county would be best positioning for a meet.

I've been wanting to put a meet together for a while, I know some low-key parking garages that would attract too much attention. Regardless of where/when it is I think that it is imperative to have zero tolerance for foolishness(i.e. revving, donuts, sliding out of parking lot) due to unwanted police attention and bad look for community. I don't think any of us want to get license plate tickets or $1,000 State Referees for our "factory" exhausts. Hate to be the fun police and believe me I enjoy those things, but meets aren't the place for them. That's for when you go up Palomar Mt. on a Sunday night!
