Drag Setup Wheel Selection Question

Hey I am going to be running Mickey Thompson Et Street S/S tires on a 15 inch wheel and I am trying to squeeze the most tire as possible. What Offset and maximum wheel width could I run and which size tire? Thanks for the input in advance! The car should be pushing 750whp with a 6766 turbo.
