Will Vishnu Procede pass CA SMOG?
Wondering if I need to disconnect my Vishnu Procede for CA SMOG test? Has anyone tried to pass SMOG with it still connected? Since it doesn't actually change the stock ECU chip programming, am hoping it will pass now that mods are not allowed.
