halo problem

my right side halo is out

it used to go off and on but now its just out.
i know the bulb didn't burn out or anything but i dont have a jack to use at home and i tryed going through the wheel well to get to the bulb, but it was rlyyyy hard. does anybody in south florida know how to install the halo bulb??
i dont wanna go to a dealer, too much money for such a simple problem.

Try contacting Active Autowerke out of Miami, they can do the work for you.
